Our Return Window
You may return eligible items within [30] days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return

- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll confirm your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and [return shipping is the responsibility of the customer / we cover return shipping — choose one].
Exchanges
Want a different item instead? Let us know when you start your return and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [support@meepcozy.com] within [15] days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item unless we ask.
Items That Can't Be Returned
